Spot clean only for products with texture, embroidery and tufting. Any simple stripe or solid can be machine washed – cold. Do not use bleach or any other harsh cleaning agents. Steam iron for best results.

We do accept returns—but only if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—and only if you share a single, unedited video of the package being opened. This helps us sort things quickly and fairly.

For any other reason, please reach out to us with a request. If accepted, we will deduct a return Shipping Cost of 10% of the product cost and provide an exchange or store credit for the balance.
