4. Does the tapestry come with hanging accessories, and how do I hang it?
Yes. Most of our tapestries come with hanging rods, unless otherwise specified in the product listing. For tapestries without rods, Velcro dots and strips are provided for easy wall mounting.
5. Can I use it for purposes other than wall décor?
Our tapestries are intended only as wall décor or photo backdrops. They are not designed to be used as bedspreads, blankets, rugs, tablecloths, or other functional textiles.
6. Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every item, including those listed on our website, is made to order. Custom-sized and personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit. Any transit damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by an unboxing video and clear images. Claims made after the 12-hour window cannot be accepted.
For EU customers, made-to-order and personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawalunder Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this exemption.
