Shipping Information

Please note that this piece is made to order, and production will take approximately 7–12 working days. Once dispatched, shipping typically takes an additional 4–7 working days depending on the delivery location.

Returns and Refunds

We do accept returns—but only if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—and only if you share a single, unedited video of the package being opened. This helps us sort things quickly and fairly. Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. For any other reason, please reach out to us with a request. If accepted, we will deduct a return Shipping Cost of 10% of the product cost and provide an exchange or store credit for the balance. Items marked as ‘Sale’ Or ‘Non-Returnable’ cannot be returned.
