How will I know if my order’s confirmed?
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way!
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll get a confirmation via:

WhatsApp message
And when your order ships, we’ll send you another message (email + WhatsApp) with your tracking ID—so you can follow your piece all the way home.
When will my order ship / arrive?
We know waiting isn’t fun, so here’s what to expect:
If it’s in stock, we’ll pack it with care and ship it out from our Calicut warehouse within 3–5 Working days.
Made-to-order pieces – Rugs, Furniture, Frames or bulk orders? They take a little longer—around 3–5 weeks—depending on the no. of pieces, but trust us, they’re worth the wait. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.
Making something just for you takes time (and love). For custom rug orders, the delivery timeline depends on the design’s intricacy and size.
As a general guide:
1 week per 2 inches of rug (for a 156-knot weave)
The more detailed the rug, the longer it takes.

My tracking number isn’t working. What’s up?
Totally normal. It can take up to 24 hours to go live. If it’s still not showing anything after that, give us a shout and we’ll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changed your mind? No problem—just get in touch within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, we get to work and may not be able to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now, but hopefully soon!
What are your shipping charges within India?
Here’s the lowdown:
We offer standard free delivery across most of India! 🥳
A few remote areas might be out of reach for our logistics partners (we’re working on it). Just pop in your pincode at checkout to check if we can deliver and get an estimated shipping time too.
But, Express shipping and Made-To-Order pieces? Additional charges are applicable for transportation as per actual. Don’t worry –we will get in touch with you at the time of dispatch.

How do I clean my textiles?
Keep it gentle! Hand wash in cold water or dry clean delicate pieces. And always peek at the care label—it knows best.
Where are your products made?
Right here in India, in collaboration with skilled artisans and boutique makers who bring serious heart and soul to every piece.
My product is bleeding color. Help?
Don’t worry—it happens with some natural dyes. Just wash it separately the first few times and follow the care instructions. It’s all part of the charm.
The product looks a little different from the photos. Why?
That’s the beauty of handmade—no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Tiny variations in color, weave, or texture? That’s not a flaw—it’s what makes your piece one of a kind.

Returns & Exchanges – Let's Keep It Simple
Do you accept returns?
We do—but only if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—and only if you share a single, unedited video of the package being opened. This helps us sort things quickly and fairly.
Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.
What if I just changed my mind?
If you’ve had a change of heart, we’ll review it case by case. If approved, we can offer an exchange or store credit—as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and the request is made within 48 hours.
How do I start a return?

Kind of! You’re welcome to drop by our Calicut studio to view, select, and place your order in person. Once you’ve picked your favorites and made the payment, we’ll get everything ready for pickup or ship it straight to your home.
No on-the-spot shopping or carry-outs—our pieces need a little prep before heading home.
