What qualifies for a return or exchange?

We accept returns or exchanges only if:
You received the wrong item
Your product arrived damaged or defective

Change of mind?

We totally get it—but returns for personal preference (style, size, etc.) are case-by-case and may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, if approved. The item must be:
Unused
In its original packaging
Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Unboxing Video Required – No Exceptions

To process any return or exchange, we require a single, uninterrupted video of the package being opened.
No cuts, edits, or gaps—this helps us verify what went wrong and keep things fair for everyone.

Your item is incorrect
It arrived damaged
You want to request a case-by-case return

Returns without an unboxing video
Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)

We’re a small-batch studio, and many of our pieces are handmade—so a little variation is part of the charm. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right !
