Care Information
Spot clean only for pieces with texture, embellishments, or delicate surface finishes. Flat-woven or unframed canvas pieces can be gently dusted with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, bleach, or harsh cleaning agents. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity for long-term preservation.
Note: Due to the variation in lighting, photography, or screen settings, slight color differences may occur. Each mixed media artwork is individually handmade and made to order. Variations in texture, composition, tone and detailing are part of the natural character of the piece, making every artwork uniquely its own. As a result, the final piece may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

As each artwork is carefully crafted and requires natural drying time, production timelines are approximately 14–21 working days prior to dispatch.

When will my order ship / arrive?
We know waiting isn’t fun, so here’s what to expect:
If it’s in stock, we’ll pack it with care and ship it out from our Calicut warehouse within 3–5 Working days.
Made-to-order pieces – Rugs, Furniture, Frames or bulk orders? They take a little longer—around 3–5 weeks—depending on the no. of pieces, but trust us, they’re worth the wait. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.
Making something just for you takes time (and love). For custom rug orders, the delivery timeline depends on the design’s intricacy and size.
As a general guide:
1 week per 2 inches of rug (for a 156-knot weave)
The more detailed the rug, the longer it takes.

Totally normal. It can take up to 24 hours to go live. If it’s still not showing anything after that, give us a shout and we’ll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changed your mind? No problem—just get in touch within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, we get to work and may not be able to make changes.
