2. Are the lighting pieces made to order?
Yes. Our lighting pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in finish, texture, colour, and detailing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
Custom-sized and personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit. Any transit damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by an unboxing video and clear images. Claims made after the 12-hour window cannot be accepted.
